PiceProjects's website here refers to www.picebooks.com. PiceProjects refers to PiceProjects as parent company and all her subdivisions of which www.picebooks.com is one. And so to the most effect PiceProjects and picebooks can be used interchangeably. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of NIGERIA. Any use of the above terminologies or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Changes, modifications and/or revisions can and will be made to any section of these terms at any time subject to our sole discretion. Date of revision will appear at the top of the terms of use section and such changes take effect immediately. Your continual use of this site means that you accept such changes. Therefore you must frequently review these terms to understand how they apply to your use of this site.

Picebooks creates, develops, maintains and provides access to certain software on the site that allows you to read or/and download creative resoures from the site all of which are copyright protected and cannot be used without the express permission of the copyright owner. Such permissions can only be obtained via email or using the contact form on our homepage. 'Creative resources' here includes all but not limited to materials/items of prose, poem, drama, movie script, and all books or booklets meant for online sale or/and free download. Picebooks also organises book competitions twice in 12 months and prospective competitors can read rules and regulations/terms and conditions on competition page before signing in to use. Awards are distributed depending on criteria chosen beforehand and the judges decisions (on winners etc) are final irrespective of other (anyone not on the panel) views, comments and suggestions or Otherwise, a user of the site can decide to use other sections where s/he won't need to compete for a prize.

  5. to the terms that picebooks will not reimburse you for any loss if for any reason you lose device's connectivity to the internet.

  6. that picebooks will not at any time or with any event be liable to you or any third party for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, damage arising out of, or in connection with our site regardless of the form of action, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such.

  7. that the site must also not be used in any way to overburden, disable, impair or damage or interfere with any other user's smooth use and access.

Your use of the site is in compliance with all the rules outlined in these Terms and all applicable rules and regulations at local, state, national and international level including those that concern technical data as transmitted from your country of residence and those laws as applicable to export control.
